This month's featured charity is New York's own Musicians' Aid Society of New York. MASNY strives to provide the resources necessary for the artistic and musical growth
of deserving musicians in the New York Metropolitan area. MASNY works to promote musical education and the artistic development of these meritorious musicians.
Part of MASNY's beauty is in its dynamic community of musicians and supporters who recognize the value of music in childhood development and the rich potential in each beneficiary.
Each year, they host an evening fundraiser cruise launching from Manhattan's East River around the Statue of Liberty. The entire ticket cost is tax deductible, and they generally have great live music, top shelf open bar, and a nice buffet. MASNY's Founder & President, Gregory Koerner, arranges for the music, including his own band, Gent Treadly!
